Call it as `geenius_geeniuspics(tool: "collection", action: "<action>", args: {...})` through Geenius OS.

## Actions

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| `list` | Every collection with its count. |
| `create` | A new collection with a name. |
| `add` | Put a picture into a collection. |
| `remove` | Take a picture out of a collection. |
