# The composer

> The AI Pics composer: a prompt, one of eight shapes, one to four pictures, a seed, a negative prompt and the model that will make the run.

- **Prompt.** What the picture should suggest.
- **Shape.** 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 3:2, 2:3, 16:9, 9:16 or 21:9. A model may support fewer.
- **Pictures.** One to four.
- **Seed.** A number that repeats a result.
- **Negative prompt.** What to avoid, where the model takes one.
- **Model.** The composer names it. Today that is usually the Preview.
